Maintenance Support
SOFRACO develop, establish and integrate into the existing infrastructure, a maintenance support system capable of sustaining the equipment/system throughout its life, at minimum overall cost commensurate with meeting operational requirements.

Technical Data
We have extensive experience in the provision, management, and handling of technical data - the lifeblood of ILS that encompasses all recorded information of a scientific, technical and engineering nature relating to the equipment system. Accurate technical data is vital for efficient developmental, operational and maintenance processes. Technical data includes specifications, standards, engineering drawings, instructions, reports, manuals, tabular data, test results and software documentation. Our strength in managing this data provides a sound foundation to the development, production, in-service operation, logistic support, and final disposal of the equipment system.

Supply Support
Supply support includes all spares (components, sub-assemblies, assemblies and equipment), repair piece parts, consumables, special supplies for supporting prime mission critical equipment, software, jigs, fixtures, handling equipment, training equipment and facilities. Supply support also includes provisioning documentation, procurement activities, warehousing, distribution of material and the personnel involved in the acquisition and maintenance of spares inventories at the support location. SOFRACO can take care of these areas of supply support.

Training
SOFRACO ensure that the training provided to personnel is coordinated with the other ILS disciplines. Training is developed in a comprehensive manner and provides, in a clear manner, the information required to operate and maintain equipment. In the development of the training plan, we consider the requirement for specific training devices and equipment that will help support the training program. We aim to provide outcome-based training that is tailored both to the learning needs of the attendees, and to the subject matter.

Whilst SOFRACO's work effort focuses on the expertise of the writers and illustrators, their skills are supported by state-of-the-art production facilities ranging from high-end CAD and DTP through to full-colour printers and A0-sized plotters.
